PUBLIC NOTICE
 

PUBLIC NOTICE is given to all persons in Eveline Township that a public hearing will be held by the Eveline Township Planning Commission at 7 pm on Wednesday December 7, 2022 at Eveline Township Hall, 8525 Ferry Road, East Jordan, MI to receive public input on an amendment to Ordinance 4.25 item B Dimensional Restrictions for Accessory Buildings - Maximum Permitted Size less than 2 acres.  Increase the maximum building size to 1200 square feet from 900 square feet.
 
All persons are invited to attend and be heard.
 
Comments may be mailed to Eveline Township Hall, PO Box 496, East Jordan, MI 49727 or emailed to evelinetwpclerk@gmail.com before the day of the meeting. This notice is in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCL 125.3843(1), and the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact Eveline Township at evelinetwpclerk@gmail.com, seven days in advance.
